In grappling with overwhelming pressure derived from my forthcoming college entrance exam, I found it necessary for me to remove my stress encountered. As a result, I had chosen dancing alone as one of the best alternatives to keep myself well balanced in the battle against so much stress faced. In fact, dancing can be referred to as one mode of exercise, the function of which may help unleash my pressure each day. With the emergence of dancing activity come my better physical and mental conditions that really matter to me. In the ensuing paragraph, I am going to spell out why I have chosen dancing alone as a means to help eliminate my stress.
To begin with, dancing alone is not confined to any specific setting, thus making it accessible to me whenever I want. Instead of going out, I may have access to dancing activity at home, greatly diminishing my time to be wasted in traveling outside provided I want to engage in any other sport activity, such as playing basketball. Furthermore, involving this relaxing activity is not to cost a dime from me, which makes it even more enchanting to me from the perspective of saving money for an impoverished student like me. The fact shows that right after my exercising this sort of relaxing activity, I was able to fully relax myself so that I might remain immersed in my study. And that is why dancing has been perceived as what may help annihilate my stress found detrimental to me.
