The most indelible, undesirable setback I have ever encountered throughout my life came into being as I was busy preparing for the college entrance exam. In fact, I was somewhat addicted to playing computer game by using my smart phone. Its side effect was reflected from my gradually declining academic performance at school. As it turned out, my smart phone was confiscated by my parents, resulting from their high anticipation from me. Needless to say, there was a conflict emerging between me and my parents, paving the way for a series of ferocious controversies, followed by the relentless arguments and my hatred toward them. Under such circumstances, our relationship began to aggravate because of our obstinacy and paradox. Indeed, I have to acknowledge that this situation did profoundly influence my study and leave me in an unprecedented chaotic predicament.

In the wake of this plight, I tried to locate the problem so that I may start to take the action to well resolve it with a view to keeping me on the right track. Here is what I did to counter my problem faced. I was fully convinced that computer game did do the damage to my study, and that I was held accountable for my inferior academic performance. With this in mind, I tried to apologize wholeheartedly to my parents, vowing that never would I let the same mistake recur prior to the advent of college entrance exam. The way I tackled this problem helped garner their understanding and support, followed by their willingness to return my smart phone to me. Beholding the improvement of our mutual relationship, together with my progressive improvement in my academic performance, I was even more determined to make a huge difference for my final result in taking college entrance exam.
